If we thought it was quiet at the monthly meets recently, April nearly topped them all. Rolling into South Hill Park at just before 1pm we were faced with an empty carpark, not a sole around, the Camper we passed on the A329(M) was an ominous sign! The Ford chaps were arriving as usual so we had a natter and planned our escape back home for an afternoon on the sofa when some surprise visitors appeared.
Matt & Ness were onroute from Dorset to their last night campsite near Brighton after a week away. They were followed shortly after by Pabs & Babs and the JTBs, perhaps the afternoon wasn't going to go to waste!
Being Easter we expected the Bunny to wander over, but had to make do with David and a pocket full of Crème Eggs! How do you eat yours?
A few more Dubs turned up to bolster the numbers.
But in the end it was still quite a poor turnout, LTV pull your socks up, its a great couple of hours nattering, try it, you might like it.
The rest of the photos can be found here.
Steve.
